    This lesson defines the concept of virtual teams and the key characteristics of virtual teams, including the challenge of culture, trends related to remote work arrangements, and the main advantages of virtual teams.

  • Analyzing Challenges

    This lesson presents key challenges that virtual cross-cultural teams face in the 21st century, including those that relate to differences in culture, geographical dispersion, irresponsible use of technologies, and lack of motivation.

  • Managing Diversity

    This lesson examines aspects of cultural diversity on the team and how to manage this diversity for the best of all participants, while ensuring that the virtual team functions both effectively and efficiently. We will explore various types of bias that stand in the way of healthy communication, discuss cultural mistakes and conflicts, and focus on ethics as the core issue in managing cross-cultural teams. .

  • Building Collaboration

    This lesson addresses key strategies that leaders can employ to build healthy collaboration within virtual teams.

  • Assessing Competencies

    Now that we've evaluated essential areas related to self-care and learned about the necessary internal and external conditions for self-care! It's time to develop a plan.
