In today’s complex world of business, you will regularly face problems that come up that affect your customers, your business and your business’s reputation. The challenge is that many times what appears to be an ‘obvious’ solution fails to address the real root cause of the problem, but only one of the symptoms of the problem. This course will step through the create of a cause and effect (C&E) diagram that graphically captures all of the factors contributing to the problem. From all this contributing factors you will learn about getting to the real root cause of the problem. From there, you will take this root cause and directly input it into a Corrective Action Plan for immediate action.
